Oxford Capital

Oxford Capital approached us to execute a brand identity for them that would set them apart in Ōtautahi Christchurch’s vast range of developers. They wanted to communicate their professional and effective approach while also including a sense of playfulness to reflect their family-friendly townhouse designs. They also required a design system that could work across brochure templates and a website that commanded respect without feeling corporate.

We put together this brand identity system based on strong sans-serif typography, using Haylard Display and an interlocking logomark. By adding colour and layering elements and breaking the grid layout we brought back that sense of playfulness and intentional design. Each new development uses a new hero colour, creating a flexible design system and allowing each development to have its own brand voice.
