After an initial consultation with you, we develop a design brief that scopes out the key considerations and challenges. With this, we will provide you with a project estimate for your approval before proceeding.

We then distil the design brief into a brand strategy document that sets up a design direction, the foundation for brand guidelines that will become a framework for your communications and marketing.

The creative process can involve several design iterations or refinements before finalising the brand's creative direction.

Typically we develop a selection of brand assets, a minimum being the core logo graphics, all supplied as print and digital-ready artwork. The final brand package can include everything from digital stationery to a new website depending on your requirements.

We will set up the website backend and help connect the domain name, testing the site before handing it over to you. We can also introduce the content management system (CMS) if you would like to manage the website in-house. Alternatively, we can be retained to manage your digital content and monitor website operations for you.

Online Store

From simple store to integrated systems

We sit down with you and get to know the ins and outs of your business. This is important because it helps us understand how you, your staff and customers like to work and shop. We get to know what kind of inventory system you use, how your shipping works and if you have a retail store or are going e-comm only.

All of this research goes into choosing the right e-commerce platform for you. We use platforms like Squarespace, Shopify and Webflow — but we like to keep an open mind and choose the perfect fit for your business.

From here we develop a brief that scopes out the key objectives, core website structure and potential platform options. With this, we will provide you with a project estimate for your approval before proceeding.

We then put together a strategic plan for how we will migrate or import all the products to the platform seamlessly. At the same time, we start putting together a design direction and high-level site-structure.
