Four Avenues approached Recreational to create a brand that would give them an identity befitting the profile of some of their keystone projects in Ōtautahi Christchurch’s central city.

Creating a property brand that’s respected yet forward-thinking

Considering the brand tensions of trust and respect with forward-thinking and friendly, we designed a logo that would act as an anchor to the trustworthy side of the brand. The logo is minimalist and refined, allowing the rest of the brand to add a playful and approachable element through illustration and colour.

We wanted the website to bring to life the more playful elements of the Four Avenues brand, including custom illustrations and animated linework.

Built on Squarespace, this website is easy for the client to manage content themselves as needed too.
